TERMS:
Minimum Opening Order: $200.00. Minimum Reorder: $200.00.
Net 30 days with approved credit. Others, please pre-pay by credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa or Discover).

NOTE:
Orders less than minimum are subject to pre-approval, may or may not be accepted and will incur a $10.00 service charge and are payable with a credit card ONLY. Terms are not applicable.

NO C.O.D.s - NO EXCEPTIONS.
PAST DUE: A 1.5% monthly service charge is added to past due accounts.

TO ESTABLISH CREDIT:
Please submit three trade references and banking information. These must include phone/fax numbers as well as complete addresses. Allow one week for processing.

FREIGHT:
All orders shipped F.O.B. Des Moines, Iowa.

PRODUCT CLAIMS:
Notify Banberry’s Customer Service Department of damages, defects or discrepancies within 10 days of receipt of goods. Follow specific instructions included with each shipment. Notify carrier immediately of outer carton damage. Returns of defective goods will not be accepted without prior authorization from customer service. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unpriced. A 25% restocking fee will apply to undamaged items that cannot be restocked. Place all individual items in a freight carton with sufficient packing to obtain credit. Call tag service will only apply to defective items reported within 10 days of receipt of goods.
We will issue credit or replacements at our discretion.

On hand-painted items, any variation in the item is due to its hand-painted nature. Photos are for illustration purposes. Item may vary from picture.

All A/C powered items are UL approved.

BACKORDERS:
Backorders under $30.00 will be cancelled unless otherwise shown on your invoice. Full freight charges apply to shipment of backorders.

PRICES/TUNES/DIMENSIONS:
All prices are wholesale and subject to change without notice. Tunes in musicals may change without notice. Dimensions may be rounded off and are meant to be approximate only.

BATTERIES
Batteries may be ordered without meeting minimums, must be paid for by credit card and will not be invoiced.

ASSORTMENT LISTINGS:
Free Freight and special terms listed for assortments may not be combined with “catalog specials”, promotions, show specials, “association” discounts and dating, and coupons except where specifically noted. ‘Stacking’ discounts are specifically prohibited.
